脳卒中患者での早期リハビリテーションは長く注目されてきた。

これに外傷性や低酸素性の脳損傷もふくめた重度の後天性脳損傷（acquired brain injury）での、早期の上体起こし（head-up mobilisation）のリスクとベネフィットについてメタアナリシスをこころみたそうな。
